Andrew Fielder is a seasoned real estate investor with over 15 years of experience across acquisitions, development, and capital raising.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Drew began his career at private development firms, gaining hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle. He later joined CBRE, where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of institutional-grade residential development sites, representing some of the world’s leading developers.
He leverages this experience to efficiently source opportunities, navigate complex entitlement and land-use processes, and execute transactions alongside best-in-class partners.
