Welcome to Back Bay Investment Group. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Back Bay Investment Group (“Back Bay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on the Services, and the updated effective date will be noted at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.
3. Use of Services
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes only and strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Services, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment thereof.
Back Bay Investment Group reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Without limitation, you shall not:
- use the Services to infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights;
- introduce or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems;
- engage in automated data mining, scraping, harvesting, or indexing without prior written authorization from Back Bay Investment Group; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
Back Bay Investment Group retains sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access to the Services in the event of any breach of this Acceptable Use provision or any other violation of these Terms.
5. User Content
Any information, data, text, or materials that you submit, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services (“User Content”) remains your property.
However, by providing User Content, you grant Back Bay Investment Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and otherwise use such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe upon or violate any third party’s rights or any applicable law.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your User Content.
6. Intellectual Property
All right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to software, source code, designs, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other content, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Back Bay Investment Group or its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or use for any commercial purpose any portion of the Services without Back Bay Investment Group’s prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of the Services constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may violate intellectual property and other laws.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, applications, or tools that are not owned or controlled by Back Bay Investment Group.
Back Bay Investment Group does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Your access to and use of any third-party services is entirely at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
You agree that Back Bay Investment Group shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party services.
8. No Professional Advice
The Services, including any materials, reports, insights, or outputs generated by Back Bay Investment Group, are provided solely for informational and operational purposes.
They do not constitute, and shall not be relied upon as, legal, tax, investment, financial, or other professional advice.
You acknowledge and agree that Back Bay Investment Group is not acting as your fiduciary, advisor, or agent in connection with your use of the Services, and that you must consult qualified professionals before making any investment, financial, or legal decisions.
9. Feedback
If you submit to Back Bay Investment Group any ideas, suggestions, proposals, or feedback relating to the Services (“Feedback”), you acknowledge and agree that such Feedback is not confidential and that Back Bay Investment Group shall be entitled to use and exploit such Feedback without restriction and without obligation to compensate you.
10. Service Availability and Changes
Back Bay Investment Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services or any part thereof, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason.
You agree that Back Bay Investment Group shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BACK BAY INVESTMENT GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.
BACK BAY INVESTMENT GROUP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND ANY RELIANCE THEREON.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BACK BAY INVESTMENT GROUP, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BACK BAY INVESTMENT GROUP FOR ANY CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(A) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100), OR
(B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BACK BAY INVESTMENT GROUP FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Back Bay Investment Group, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York. You consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
15. Termination
Back Bay Investment Group may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice.
All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to Back Bay Investment Group’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Back Bay Investment Group regarding the Services.
